I got my 2023 MAD Passage 144 4x4 in January and I love it! I use it all the time, probably twice as much as I'd planned. I got it because my job is too far to commute daily so I stay at a campground during the week on a lake. There's also a HUGE community of owners I didn't know about when I bought mine that have helped me solve typical problems, learn how to use it, and gave me great ideas to mod it. Already got the ROLEF privacy screen installed. So excited to attend my first MAD About You rally in Elkhart where we will be miles from the birthplace of my beast AND the organizers arranged a tour! Not sure if MAD is really prepared for 100 of their vans coming back but in a month here we come! The MAD about you rally group gets together 5 times a year in different places. Would love to see more closer to home (New England) only because I don't get a ton of time off at work. Really outstanding design, and durable (me-proof) interior and systems. Next I'm going to see if MAD has cabinet trim for the spot the microwave goes because I don't use a microwave, would rather another cabinet or convection oven if safe (probably not haha). While everyone with their tow behinds are setting up, I simply back in, plug in, open a beer and enjoy life. And it's beautiful inside and out. Everyone that sees it wants one. EDIT: The rally was amazing. The tour made me realize why my van cost as much as it did; so much handcrafted work on every square inch. I'm adding a photo of the owners and one of a class held at the rally with piles of parts in it that MAD brought to address warranty and out of warranty issues. There were MAD technicians everywhere

I cannot say enough GREAT about Midwest Automotive Designs and their incredible team and their superior product. I own a 2023 American Coach Patriot MD4 170 EXT and it is the best class B I have ever owned. It drives so smoothly, and the RV itself has so many bells and whistles. Our rallies are packed with educational lectures to learn your vans, courtesy repairs by our MAD techs, owner roundtables to discuss our travels, food, fun, and laughter. I am the owner of a 2021 Midwest Passage. I bought it sight unseen after seeing the reviews that had been posted. My only regret is that I have not put enough miles on the van. In designing the Passage, Midwest thought of everything. The sleeping compartment is comfortable, plenty of storage space, and love the cooking/food storage arrangements. Most important, a special shoutout to the customer service department. Have been in several situations where they have come to my rescue. The service is always over and beyond. No complaints, no regrets.

MAD has been such a wonderful experience through their customer service and exceptional owner’s rally events. Thank you for all of your help and demonstration at each rally. We absolutely love our van and have been extremely impressed with MAD’s support. The customer service they provide, especially at the rallies, is incredible. They go above and beyond to make sure their owners are happy. I feel so fortunate to have happened into this brand by accident. My favorite part is that this little unit is fully loaded with a shower and flushing toilet. No cassette toilets for me, thank you! 😉 MAD is awesome and the owner’s community / support is also phenomenal. Love, love, love it! ❤️

Midwest and Jason are simply unbelievable. i had issues with my Van and they are gone above and beyond to make sure that it is addressed to my satisfaction. the turnaround on emails is amazingly quick. it really feels like they are there right with me on all my van needs. not just here i sold it to you and good luck. absolutely not, they are in it with me all the way.
